What a home clean covers
A normal home cleaning session covers bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony, and entryway. The cleaner works to a written 120-point standard with a fixed room order.
You provide the vacuum, mop, cloths, and products. Tell Helen if there is a priority room or an area that needs extra time and she will help size the session honestly.
- Bedrooms: floors, surfaces, mirrors, skirting, and bed making
- Bathrooms: toilet, basin, glass, tiles, and grout
- Kitchen: counters, sink, hob, and appliance exteriors
- Living areas, dining areas, balcony, and entryway
How many hours do you need
A small flat that is cleaned regularly usually fits in 2 to 3 hours. A three-bedroom HDB flat or a condo with two bathrooms is normally better suited to 3 to 4 hours.
For a first clean or a home that has not been cleaned in a while, choose the longer session. Rushing the first visit usually means skipping the checkpoints that make the result last.
A consistent cleaner for regular visits
A regular slot means the cleaner learns your home: where things live, which room needs care, and what you prefer left alone. We keep the same cleaner on your slot where possible.
If the cleaner is unwell, we arrange cover and tell you who is coming instead by name. If the fit is not right, Helen can move you to someone else.
Rates start at $18/hour on a three-session pack and $22/hour for a one-off 3 to 4 hour session. GST is included, and there is no booking fee, travel fee, weekend premium, public-holiday premium, or card surcharge.
Message Helen with your home size and preferred timing. She checks real availability and gives you the exact price before you decide.
Two, three, or four cleaning hours
Choose two hours for a small, maintained home or a focused list. Choose three hours for a normal clean across the main rooms of many flats. Choose four hours for a first visit, a larger home, more bathrooms, or extra tasks such as ironing or detailed kitchen work.
The cleaner is one person, so more scope means more time rather than a second cleaner. When in doubt, tell Helen your home size, bathrooms, current condition, and priorities. She can help you choose a realistic duration before showing the available slots.
What cleaners bring and what customers provide
Cleaners bring their training and follow the HomeMaster standard. Customers provide the products and equipment so they stay in control of what is used on their floors, surfaces, and appliances.
- Vacuum cleaner with working attachments
- Mop, bucket, cloths, sponges, and toilet brush
- Floor, bathroom, surface, and glass cleaner
- Rubbish bags and any home-specific products
Rescheduling and cancellation guide
Message Helen as soon as you know. Your first cancellation or reschedule each calendar month is free when made at least 48 hours before the session. Elite tiers can include additional free moves with the same notice requirement.
A further change in that month, or any change within 48 hours, carries a 50% fee. Customer cancellations cannot be made at 2 hours or less before the scheduled start. Helen previews the exact fee and waits for confirmation before proceeding.
r/askSingapore on Reddit
A Singapore homeowner asks how often to book, how many hours are typical, and whether a regular clean is more suitable than an occasional deep clean.
Start with the condition of the home and how quickly it gets untidy. Weekly works better for homes with children, pets, frequent cooking, or little time between visits. Fortnightly can suit smaller or lightly used homes when you handle simple upkeep between sessions. A first 3 to 4 hour clean gives you a better baseline before choosing a frequency.
