Which cleaning service is right for you
For a home you want to keep under control, choose a weekly or fortnightly cleaner. For guests, a first reset, or a home that has fallen behind, start with one longer session.
If you are moving or handing over a property, tell Helen what condition it is in. We treat it as a longer hourly booking and tell you when specialist restoration work is outside our scope.
- Regular home cleaning for weekly or fortnightly upkeep
- One-off cleaning for a reset, guests, or a busy period
- Longer hourly sessions for moving or handover cleaning
- Aircon servicing priced separately by unit
What is included in our home cleaning service
A standard clean covers bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony, and entryway. Cleaners work against our written 120-point housekeeping standard rather than improvising room by room.
You provide the equipment and products. Helen handles the booking, reminders, cleaner name, rescheduling, and receipts on WhatsApp.
Why book through HomeMaster
Every cleaner is background checked, reference verified, and trained against the same written standard. On a regular slot, we keep the same person returning where possible.
If your cleaner is unwell, we arrange cover and tell you who is coming instead. If the fit is not right, tell Helen and we move you without making you manage an awkward conversation.
What we do not offer
We do not sell separate packages for upholstery extraction, carpet shampooing, curtain cleaning, floor polishing, or pest control. Surface cleaning can be part of an hourly home clean, but specialist restoration needs specialist equipment.
We would rather say that before you book than send someone who cannot complete the work properly.
Cleaning price guide by duration and frequency
A one-off 2 hour session is $26/hour. A one-off 3 or 4 hour session is $22/hour. A weekly or fortnightly slot saves $1 to $2 per hour, and a prepaid 3-session pack saves another $2 per hour, down to $18/hour.
The page shows verified hourly rates rather than multiplying them into a promised total. Your exact booking price depends on the selected duration, frequency, and pack, and Helen shows it before you confirm.
Choose 2 hours
Best for a smaller, already maintained home or a short priority list. Two hours is not a realistic whole-home reset when several bathrooms, a kitchen, and detailed tasks all need attention.
Choose 3 hours
A useful starting point for many regularly maintained flats. It gives the cleaner enough time for the main rooms while still requiring clear priorities in larger homes.
Choose 4 hours
Choose four hours for a first visit, a larger home, more bathrooms, or a longer list such as bed changing, detailed kitchen work, or ironing alongside the standard clean.
r/singapore on Reddit
A Singapore homeowner asks the community how to choose a cleaning service and what experiences other households have had.
Compare providers on the practical details you will depend on: transparent pricing, a written cleaning scope, background checks, recurring-cleaner continuity, replacement cover, and a clear cancellation policy. Those details are stated on this page so you can compare before booking.
r/askSingapore on Reddit
A Singapore homeowner asks how often to book, how many hours are typical, and whether a regular clean is more suitable than an occasional deep clean.
Start with the condition of the home and how quickly it gets untidy. Weekly works better for homes with children, pets, frequent cooking, or little time between visits. Fortnightly can suit smaller or lightly used homes when you handle simple upkeep between sessions. A first 3 to 4 hour clean gives you a better baseline before choosing a frequency.
How much do cleaning services cost in Singapore?
Home cleaning starts at $18/hour on a three-session pack, or $22/hour for a one-off 3 to 4 hour session. GST is included and there is no weekend surcharge.
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We offer hourly residential home cleaning, including regular, one-off, longer reset, moving, and handover sessions. Aircon servicing is available separately and is priced by unit.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and products?
You provide the equipment and products for the home. The cleaner follows HomeMaster's written 120-point standard and Helen coordinates the booking and follow-up.
Do you charge more on weekends or public holidays?
No. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays cost the same as a weekday. There is also no card or PayNow surcharge.
Can I book a cleaning service without a contract?
Yes. Start with one session. A regular slot or three-session pack lowers the hourly rate, but you can stop when you no longer need it.
How soon can I get a cleaning slot?
Availability changes by area, day, and session length. Message Helen with your postal code and preferred timing, and she will check the real slots. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
Can I reschedule or cancel a cleaning session?
Yes. Message Helen when your plans change and she will show the available options and any applicable policy before confirming the change.
