All rates include GST. No surcharge on any day, weekends and public holidays cost the same as a weekday, and nothing extra for card or PayNow.
A standard session covers your bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony and entryway. Your cleaner works to a written standard rather than improvising, so the result does not depend on who turns up.
That standard is our 120 point housekeeping checklist: seven areas, 120 individual checkpoints, and a fixed room order that stops cross contamination between bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. It is the same document we train every cleaner against.
Sessions are 2, 3, 4 hours. A one or two bedroom flat that is cleaned regularly usually fits in 2 to 3 hours. A three bedroom HDB flat or a condo with two bathrooms is normally 3 to 4 hours.
If it is your first clean, or the place has not been cleaned in a while, book the longer option. A cleaner who is rushing skips the checkpoints that make the difference, and the checklist takes about 145 minutes to work through properly.
Our rates start at $18 an hour and top out at $26 an hour for a single two hour visit. The table above is the whole picture: there is no separate booking fee, no travel fee, and no peak pricing.
Most Singapore platforms sit between $21 and $26 an hour for the same work, and most add $5 to $10 for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday booking. We do not. A Saturday morning costs the same as a Tuesday morning.
The reason we can price this way is that we run direct. There is no agency margin between you and the person doing the work, and Helen handles scheduling and coordination automatically instead of a call centre doing it by hand.
When you book a regular slot we keep the same cleaner on it. That matters more than it sounds. Someone who has cleaned your home before knows which cupboard the vacuum lives in, that the second bathroom window sticks, and that you would rather they left the study alone.
If your cleaner is unwell we arrange cover and tell you who is coming instead, by name, before they arrive. If you would rather have someone different, tell Helen and she will move you without a fuss or a fee.
Every cleaner in the network is background checked and reference verified before their first job, and trained against the 120 point standard rather than left to work it out. Many come to us already experienced from the larger platforms.
You are told who is coming before each visit. If something is not right, you get a real resolution: a quality miss is compensated, and damage is covered up to our stated cap per item, without an argument about it.
