All rates include GST. No surcharge on any day, weekends and public holidays cost the same as a weekday, and nothing extra for card or PayNow.
Most enquiries fall into one of three shapes, and picking the right one saves you money rather than costing it.
We would rather tell you this now than take a booking we cannot serve well. We sell home cleaning by the hour, and aircon servicing by the unit. That is it.
We do not have separate priced packages for deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning or spring cleaning. What we have is a long hourly session with a written checklist, which is genuinely what most of those jobs are.
We also do not do specialist restoration work: no sofa or mattress extraction, no carpet shampooing, no curtain cleaning, no floor polishing, no pest control. If that is what you need, we are the wrong call and Helen will say so rather than sending someone who cannot do it.
Our cleaners work to a written 120 point housekeeping standard covering seven areas of a home, with a fixed room order that prevents cross contamination between bathrooms and kitchen surfaces. It takes about 145 minutes to work through properly, which is why session length matters more than people expect.
It exists so that the outcome does not depend on who turns up or what mood they are in. Every cleaner is trained against it before their first job.

There is no booking fee, no travel fee, no weekend or public holiday premium, and no card or PayNow surcharge. GST is already in every figure we quote.
For home cleaning you supply the equipment and products. That is standard practice for hourly cleaning in Singapore and it is part of why the hourly rate is what it is.
You can use the form on this site. Most people do not, because describing a home in a form is slower than describing it in a sentence.
Helen is our AI home manager. Tell her what you need and she comes back with real available slots and the exact price, then handles reminders, the name of who is coming, rescheduling and receipts. There is no app to install and we do not send email.
You get a decision rather than a process. A genuine quality miss is compensated with a voucher, and damage is covered up to a stated cap per item.
Rescheduling with reasonable notice is free once a month. Helen will always tell you plainly whether a fee applies before anything is charged, not after.

We can do the cleaning as a long hourly session, and for many handovers that is exactly right. If the job needs specialist work such as floor polishing or paint removal, we are not the right provider and we will tell you.
No. Upholstery, mattress and carpet work needs extraction equipment we do not carry. Surface vacuuming is part of a normal clean, but deep extraction is not something we offer.
Our home cleaning is for residential properties in Singapore. Message Helen with the details if you have something commercial and she will tell you straight whether we can serve it.
We run direct, so there is no agency margin between you and the person doing the work, and coordination is handled by Helen automatically rather than by a call centre. That is why the rate is lower and why there are no surcharges.
No. Helen arranges access with you beforehand and messages you when your cleaner is on the way.
