# HomeMaster > HomeMaster books home cleaning and aircon servicing for homes in Singapore. Customers book on one web page or by chatting with Helen, our assistant on WhatsApp, and always pay on our own payment page. Prices, all GST included: - Home cleaning, one-off: $27/hour for 2 hours, $25/hour for 3 to 4 hours. - Home cleaning, weekly or every 2 weeks: $20/hour for 3 to 4 hours. - Home cleaning, prepaid pack of 3: $18/hour for eligible 3 to 4 hour visits. - Aircon: general servicing from $50, chemical wash from $80, chemical overhaul from $150, each for one unit. - All rates include GST. Its Book now button opens the checkout, which is one page. - There is no special integration to switch on. An assistant that can open and fill in web pages uses the same booking page a person does. The checkout asks, in order, for: 1. Postal code, then floor and unit number. The page checks straight away whether we cover the address. 2. The service. For cleaning, the hours and how often (one-time, weekly or every 2 weeks). For aircon, the service and the number of units. 3. A start time. Once picked, it is held for 7 minutes while the booking is finished. 4. Contact details: full name and phone number, with email optional. 5. A 6-digit code is sent to that phone on WhatsApp. The customer enters it, or reads it to their assistant, to confirm the number is theirs. 6. Place order, then the customer pays on our payment page. - Payment is always the customer's step, on our payment page run by Airwallex. Card or Google Pay work for every booking, and one-time bookings can also be paid by PayNow or Apple Pay.
